One of Africa’s Great Lakes, Lake Victoria is Africa’s largest lake, bordering three African countries: Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. This impressive 68 800 km2 (26 600 square mile) body of water is the third largest freshwater lake and largest tropical lake in the world.
